SS PRESSURE VESSEL

We hold expertise in providing pressure vessels that are manufactured using quality material stainless steel as per the latest technology. Mirrored polished from inside & outside, these vessels are also provided with ring cover wing nut and silicon gasket. Apart from this, Vent outer nozzle is also fitted with stainless steel pipe to carry out all the fluid from the vessel. Mounted on stainless steel trolley, the vessels are also fitted with one safety valve & two falling handles. To give smooth finish, all the welding work in these machines is done by argon arc stainless steel 316 quality.

Pressure vessels are used in the Membrane filtration system. While pressure vessels are used to transfer the product to the filter under Nitrogen pressure, the filling vessels are used to collect the filtered sterile solution.
They work as buffer vessels in the product filling room. The vessels are manufactured from High Alloy AISI SS 316/316L materials and extreme care is taken to provide smooth interior and exterior surfaces.
